We are located in the Valley Of The Sun, Phoenix Arizona. We are a young company established in 1998. Our business purpose is the development of
wireless remote control, monitoring and tracking devices. We market and integrate these devices through a wide range of applications. Our first two and a half
years of existence concentrated solely on technology development, market research, and proof of concept activities. With our initial efforts successful,
we are now actively engaged in bringing these technologies and products to the public.

Our CEO and co-founder has 20 plus years in the electrical industry with much of that focused in sports lighting. Our first product application, with no
surprise, is adapted to parks and recreation departments with control of facilities lighting, sports lighting, and other electrical equipment in mind.
